Do all wines improve with age? There’s a lot of conflicting information out there and quite a few myths that need to be debunked.

Hi, I’m Risko Isic. The 2019 season, notably the driest on record, marks Sirromet’s 20th vintage harvest, which concluded this week with the final intake of fruit from our Granite Belt Vineyards. Despite the challenging conditions, the fruit quality is exceptional, with each varietal exhibiting good color, acidity, flavors, and regional characteristics. Water was the key focal point this vintage due to the very limited supply across the Granite Belt region. Even with Sirromet’s natural water sources on its vineyards, the supply was more stretched than ever, making effective irrigation essential.
