
With over 20 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry, I have dedicated my career to delivering exceptional dining experiences. My journey began at the renowned Hospitality School in Zurich, Switzerland, where I completed my Hotel Management studies. I then refined my expertise at prestigious venues, including the three Michelin-starred Restaurant Fischerzunft in Schaffhausen.
Throughout my career, I have contributed to some of Brisbane’s finest establishments and proudly owned the iconic Mariosarti Restaurant in Toowong for over five years. A standout achievement was pioneering the first fine dining concept on the Wheel of Brisbane, setting a new benchmark in the industry.
